For product and growth teams

Find the markets next to yours

Start from your own niche and see the paying markets around it: the parent, the children and the neighbours, each with its size. Competitors you have never heard of come with them.

The problem

Expansion plans start from the markets a team already knows. The markets next to them, in other countries or described in other words, stay out of sight, and so do the smaller competitors inside them.

Ask your agent

  • We sell invoicing software to small businesses. Which adjacent markets already pay?
  • What sits one level above our niche, and how large is it?
  • Find projects like mine that I am not tracking yet
  • Where does this rival's traffic come from?

How your agent answers

  1. search_cohorts

Finds your niche from a description of what you sell.

  2. get_cohort

Lists the markets around it: the parent, the children and the neighbours, each with its size.

  3. get_cohort

Opens a neighbouring market: how large its members are, which way they are moving and where they are.

  4. search_projects

Lists the players inside it anonymously, by scale, growth and country: the competitors you do not track yet.

Where it stops. Megido sizes a market by its players, not in money: it has no revenue, prices or market value.
